Meal Plan

Meal plans for the 2025 - 2026 academic are now available for purchase or upgrade through your MyHousing portal! Check your Email for special deals and promotions to make purchasing a meal plan even more rewarding. Please note, unused meals expire at the end of the semester.

Residential students will be automatically assigned to the default meal plan for their room type. Students will have an opportunity to upgrade their meal plan prior to the start of the semester. All first year students and students living in non-kitchen residence halls are required to maintain the Full Meal plan. All students in room assignments with kitchen are required to maintain the Kitchen Block 30 plan at a minimum.

Full Meal Plan - $3,500 [Upgrade Through MyHousing Portal]

Available to all, required for first year residents without kitchens this plan includes:

• Full access to Connecticut Hall (one swipe per hour)
• $150 Food Loot

**Full Meal Plan Plus Upgrade - Additional $166 **[Upgrade Through MyHousing Portal]

Available to only students with the Full Meal Plan, this add-on offers you perks to make your meal plan even sweeter!

• 2 Exchange meals per week at our Student Center Food Court Locations (Dunkin’ is separate from the food court and is not a participating location).
• Connecticut Hall to-go containers will be reintroduced and will be provided to you with your meal plan upgrade.
• 5 guests meals will be available per semester for Connecticut Hall.

**Kitchen Block 60 - $739 **[Upgrade Through MyHousing Portal]

Available to residents with kitchens only, this plan includes

• 60 meals per semester to be used at your choice of the Adanti Student Center or Connecticut Hall.
• $100 Food Loot

**Kitchen Block 30 - $482 **

Available to residents with kitchens only and the minimum plan required for those living in housing assignments with kitchens.

• 30 meals per semester to be used at your choice of the Adanti Student Center or Connecticut Hall.
• $150 Food Loot

With a variety of commuter plan options to choose from, you'll be sure to find one that meet your individual needs. Please note, unused meals rollover from the fall to the spring but will expire at the end of the spring semester.

Anywhere Block Meals offer the flexibility of enjoying meals at your choice of the Adanti Student Center or Connecticut Hall. Commuter plans can be purchased at anytime through the Hoot Loot Website.

Faculty & Staff members can enjoy the benefits of dining on campus too! When you buy a meal plan, you’ll save on your meal with just a swipe of your Southern ID. Our block plan options are made to fit your schedule. Anywhere Block Meals offer the flexibility of choosing from meals at the Adanti Student Center or Connecticut Hall. Please note, faculty and staff meal plans continuously roll over (i.e., if you buy a 30 block, those meals will not expire till they are used). faculty and Staff meal plans can be purchased at anytime through the Hoot Loot Website.
