Vegan Dining

Vegan-35x35.pngWe offer a variety of plant-based options throughout Connecticut Hall. Vegan items can be easily identified by the green vegan logo on our station menus. 

Rustic Roots is our Vegan entrée station serving complete lunch and dinner plant-based dishes. 

MyZone Pantry caters to customers with gluten, peanut and tree nut allergies however, we do also stock a variety of vegan friendly cheeses, snacking items, packaged meal options, and plant based condiments. If you'd like access to the MyZone Pantry please contact us

Plant Forward Salad Bar includes two types of beans daily providing the option to build your own salad packed with protein, leafy greens and a variety of fresh vegetables. In addition, there is always a vegan soup option and a selection of fruits. 

Stacked Deli offers featured specialty sandwiches daily, one of which is always vegan. Customers can also create your own custom sandwich from the assortment of vegetables and condiments including oil and vinegar, Italian or balsamic dressings and hot sauce. Vegan cheese is located in MyZone and we will gladly add it to any sandwich upon request. 

Chef's Table offers made-to-order meals which provide customers the ability to customize the featured dish to their liking. Many of the dishes served can be modified upon request to meet vegan criteria. 

At Sizzle grill station, plant based burgers are always available upon request.

Slices pizza station offers cauliflower pizza dough and we'll gladly make a vegan pie for you upon request.  In addition, manty of the pastas and sauces at the pizza station are also vegan friendly. 

Breakfast Options include scrambled tofu, hot grits, a variety of cold cereals, breakfast potatoes, and fruit. Soy milk is available ay the beverage station.
